Fig Tree Labs is a pre-launch app studio. Right now, this website does exactly one thing with your data: if you join the waitlist, we keep your name and email so we can write to you about our first releases. That’s the whole story; the rest of this page spells it out.
What we collect
Waitlist details. If you submit the waitlist form, we collect your first name, an optional last name, and your email address.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising trackers. If you don’t join the waitlist, we collect nothing about you.
How we use it
We use your details solely to send occasional updates about Fig Tree Labs and to invite you to early access when our first app is ready. We expect that to be a handful of emails a year. We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
Where it lives
Waitlist contacts are stored with Resend, the email service we use to manage the list and send updates. Resend processes this data on our behalf and under our instructions.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we retire the list. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all future contact.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. Since all we hold is a name and an email, exercising them is simple: email us and we’ll handle it promptly, with no questions and no fee.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we’ll remove the entry.
Changes
If our practices change (for example, when our first app launches with its own policy), we’ll update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be announced by email.
